Cake portions

Based on the design of the cake you want, use this cake serving diagram to help you choose the size cake you need.

Should the cake you require be a tiered cake, start at the top of the pyramid and work your way down until you have reached the number of portions required. In this way, you prevent the end product looking too broad and squat.

Should you require a flat cake decorated with delicate icing flowers, it may be more cost effective to select two tiers instead, thereby reducing the surface area that requires flowers.

We offer sponge cakes in the following flavors but combinations can be changed as desired. Please note that fondant covered cakes may have any listed filling but will be iced (sides and top) with vanilla buttercream icing to prevent colours from bleeding through.
